Check that Tone has microphone access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. If another app is using the microphone, close it and try again. Tone prefers the built-in microphone over a Bluetooth headset, because headset mics give poor pitch readings.
Yes — use the − and + controls on the reference pill at the bottom. A4 is adjustable from 415 to 466 Hz.
Yes. Switch to FORK mode at the top of the screen, pick a note and octave, and tune by ear against the reference tone.
No. Tone works fully offline and collects nothing. See the privacy policy.

「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「マイク」で Tone にマイクへのアクセスが許可されているかご確認ください。他のアプリがマイクを使用している場合は、そちらを終了してからお試しください。なお Tone は、音程の読み取り精度が落ちる Bluetooth ヘッドセットのマイクより、内蔵マイクを優先します。
はい。画面下部の基準ピッチ表示の − と + で変更できます。A4 を 415〜466 Hz の範囲で調整できます。
できます。画面上部で FORK モードに切り替え、音名とオクターブを選ぶと、基準音を鳴らして耳で合わせられます。
